About This Activity
Description
This class starts with 8 Treasures, a standing meditation, 24 Form, created in China, and 13 Form, created in Taiwan. These forms emphasize slow breathing and matching slow movements. All contribute to improving breath, balance, stamina, and learning new skills. The biggest benefit is releasing the body's own pain relief -- endorphins! No class on Wednesday, November 11th & November 25th.
