About This Activity
Maple syrup time is so popular- here is a second chance to join in the fun! How is maple syrup made? We will look at the parts of a maple tree and find out how to tap a tree, and how the sap flows. Take a look at the supplies we use to tap trees, and have a taste test at the end to see if you can tell the difference between real and fake maple syrup! ADULT MUST PURCHASE SESSION AND BE IN ATTENDANCE Physical Demand [2] = Activity includes up to 1/2 mile of walking on uneven terrain; no steep slopes.
