About This Activity
Fun and Fiction: A fantasy based coming of age class Come join this 8 week class where the real and make believe collide! Explore scripts about ghosts, growing up, urban legends, being a teenager, zombies, and cat hair (among other topics). Students will practice cold reads, audition skills, scene study, emoting on stage, gain familiarity with performing, practice making big choices on stage, learn to hone their actor’s instincts, and work with scene partners. The class culminates in a performance for family and friends. When: Tuesdays 5-6pm Where: Trinity Church Who: ages 8-13 Teaching Artist: Rachel Wallace and Parker Smith
