About This Activity
Our Shooting Mechanics: Refining Technique program is designed to elevate your athletes shooting to the next level with small group training on the finer details of shooting mechanics and significant time working directly with our shooting coach, Pat, to discover facets of your shot specifically that you need to continue to focus on. Coach Pat will guide the athletes in this program and provide them "homework" for their time in-between training sessions. With over 30 years of coaching High School and AAU ball, Coach Pat's patience and careful attention to detail make him a great fit for athletes ready to make the changes needed to become great shooters.
