The sixth and most advanced of our skill levels, College Prep is for players looking for efficient, competitive workouts designed to sharpen specific skills in a game-like environment, competing against players of a similar caliber. Movement & Spacing Focus ● Shooting off movement — relocation, cuts, and curls off screens ● Reading closeouts to decide between shoot, drive, or pass ● Actions that create space: pin downs, dribble hand-offs, and using a teammate's cut ● Tempo control — recognizing when to push and when to organize the offense Application Focus ● Small-sided live games (2-on-2, 3-on-3) built around spacing principles ● Situational reps: transition opportunities and late-clock decisions ● Combining Block 1 mechanics and Block 2 shot creation inside a live possession Our six class levels are based on ability, but here are approximate ages for each level: Jr Dribblers (ages 4 - 7) Lil Ballers (ages 6 - 10) Young Ballers (ages 9 - 12) High School Prep (ages 11 - 14) Varsity Prep (ages 13 - 16) College Prep (Ages 15 - 18)
