Intro to Belly Dancing for Adults
Learn basic belly dancing movements like hop and chest isolations, undulations, pops, locks, flutters, footwork, turns, shimmies and much more. Build core strength and enhance flexibility and balance while learning the basics of this creative art form. Class conducted in a positive and supportive manner that is essential for your success and progression.
