Get ready to run and RACE on trails and paved pathways with our youth running class!
Participants will discover the benefits of running while learning essential running techniques, breathing and pacing strategies, and improving agility. Guided warm-ups and endurance training help young athletes build speed, stamina, and confidence, fostering a lifelong love for running and fitness led by champion runner and multi-athlete Liz McCullough.
