About This Activity
Description
Join us for a 6-week series that combines stand-up paddle boarding with yoga poses!
We begin with gentle seated or kneeling poses before progressing to standing poses. Improves balance, core strength and focus. We conclude with a relaxing resting pose on the board.
Class is held in 9ft water. Participants must be able to swim or tread in deep water for at least 1 minute.
