Kamp KACE is a week-long summer residential camp for school-aged children with cancer, survivors, and their siblings. Kampers age 7-18 enjoy typical summer camp activities in northern MN. Children with cancer/survivors and siblings can attend beginning at age seven. Teens are eligible up to the summer prior to their senior year in high school. Kamp KACE is supported by licensed professionals from health systems in Fargo, ND and many volunteers. Kamp attendance is subject to space availability and childrens health status. Due to the vulnerable health of our kampers undergoing cancer treatment, Kamp KACE requires all attendees, volunteers and staff to be immunized against common communicable diseases (MMR/ Pertussis/ Chicken Pox). Also, COVID and flu seasonal vaccines are recommended but not require. First year kampers will require proof of vaccination (your child's immunization record) to be uploaded during the registration process. Kamp KACE is fully funded by donations.
