About This Activity

Description

Learn the ancient art of Tai Chi with Dr. Landry!

Tai Chi is a gentle form of moving meditation that promotes balance, flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, this class introduces participants to the Yang Style Short Form through easy-to-follow instruction and practice.

Participants will improve agility, coordination, and body awareness while learning proper body mechanics and developing a greater sense of calm and well-being. Tai Chi can be adapted for individuals with physical limitations, making it an accessible and rewarding practice for many.
