About This Activity
This class is targeted for young people want to learn the basics of ballet and have some time to explore their artistry in dance. Basic foundational knowledge will be taught in a fun and engaging way, focused mainly on enjoying movement and expressing oneself. Stretching will be incorporated at the beginning and end of each session to ensure safety and injury prevention.
