In this class you'll compile found, created and ephemera pieces like fabric scraps, decorative papers, stamps, magazines, sheet music, secret pockets--just about anything--to create collages on each journal page. Bring a store bought journal or make you own in "Junk Journals 1: Bookbinding" on June 17th at 1:00 pm. Once completed, the journal may be used as a travel journal, scrapbook memory keeper, recipe book, or art journal. This is a stand alone class, but students are encouraged to take both Junk Journals 1 & 2 to make their journal from binding to finished product.
