About This Activity

Families and youth are invited to experience a groundbreaking fusion of faith and gaming through a new, innovative program led by our partners at Video Game Ministries. This program is designed to connect with the next generation using a language they’re familiar with – video games – while nurturing spiritual growth. Each session features interactive gaming sessions that are both entertaining and spiritually enriching. The program is inclusive and welcoming, helping each participant feel valued and inspired. Youth will explore important themes like teamwork, perseverance and faith, all within the context of their favorite games. Sessions are led by Jared Stewart, also known as the “Video Game Pastor.” As founder of Video Game Ministries, Stewart is dedicated to building safe, faith-based gaming communities for youth. His approach combines livestreams, devotionals and outreach events, aiming to share the light of Christ in digital spaces that are often overlooked. Whether you’re an avid gamer or just getting started, Video Game Ministries offers a fresh and engaging way to explore faith through a modern lens. Preregistration is recommended but not required. This program is included with your Lakeside Chautauqua Gate Pass.
