About This Activity
Join us for a discussion about our moon. Kelly Sommers, District STEAM Instructional Coach for Sandusky City Schools, will talk about the different phases of the moon, what happens during a lunar eclipse, and why the moon seems to change size in the night sky. We will also identify where American astronauts landed on the moon during the Apollo missions. NOTE: This is a parent/child program. Parents/guardians are kindly requested to stay and share the experience with their child. Pre-registration is not required. This program is included with your Lakeside Chautauqua Gate Pass.
