About This Activity
This unique type of tie-dye uses ice to swirl the dyes around creating unique blends of color on a fringed rayon scarf. The class meets in two sessions on the same day. In the morning, you will learn to fold, ice and dye; then in the afternoon you will rinse and reveal your creation. Once learned, you can apply this technique to many items. Note: Please wear a mask to class so as not to breathe in the fine powder dyes. If you don't have one, a bandana will be provided. 2ND SESSION MEETS 1:30 - 3:00 IN THE SAME LOCATION.
