Description
Build strength, control, and fluidity with a PBT/ballet conditioning class designed to enhance alignment and support clean, effortless technique. *Recommended for Workshop Dancers!
For students with more than one year of previous ballet training.
Appropriate dance apparel is required in all classes.
Ballet, Pointe: Youth/teens wear black camisole leotard, ballet pink tights, pink leather ballet slippers (split sole for levels 3 to 7), and hair in a bunt.
Boys and adult men wear white T-shirt or black leotard, black tights, black dance belt , and black ballet shoes.
