About This Activity
Description
Join local photographer Camilo Gonzalez Barragán to explore photography this summer. A small group of photographers of all experience levels will search for their next photos, chat about cameras, and discuss new approaches. Practice photo basics like depth of field, composition and rule of thirds. All students will create a variety of photographs while being out in nature, exploring the surrounding community. In inclement weather, students make photographs within Beck Center, exploring stages, prop storage areas, backstage, and studios. At the end of the summer, celebrate your photos in an exhibition of student prints. Use one Camilo's digital cameras for class, or bring your favorite camera. A short supply list will be discussed at the first class.
