About This Activity
Description
Combine the mindful approach of conscious breathing, building strength, balance, flexibility and experience relaxation in a traditional yoga practice. Everyone welcome, no fitness level or experience needed.
Wear leotard and tights or non-restrictive clothing and bare feet or ballet slippers.
