5v5 Open Gym is designed for athletes who want additional court time during the basketball season. Participants can practice shooting, ball handling, passing, and other basketball skills while also taking part in pickup games and team scrimmages. Coaches will be available to answer questions, provide instruction, and help athletes continue developing their game. Participation is limited to athletes registered for Traditional or Competitive Basketball.All athletes will be evaluated and placed into a program level that properly fits their skill set (Individual Skills, Team Skills, Traditional, or Competitive).
Please provide a reliable email during registration, as all scheduling and competition information will be communicated via email.
This registration includes weekly practice, local scrimmages, and camps with local colleges. Athletes new to Pierce County Parks will be provided with a basketball jersey. Returning athletes will use last year's jersey. Athletes are responsible for all other athletic apparel (shorts, socks, and sneakers must be worn.)
