Description
Tuesdays: 9 – 10 AMQigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. This Qigong class is designed to stimulate the 12 meridians and will include Meridian Tapping, breath work and warmups. Doing Qigong in the Morning will promote a calm and focused mindset while increasing energy levels and setting a positive tone for the rest of the day! Qigong is based on a series of forms shown on the famous silk paintings excavated from the Mawangdui temple of Changsha, Hunan Province.more!
