Session Dates:8/13, 8/20, 9/10, 9/17 9/24, 10/1Yin yoga is a slow restorative like style of yoga that focuses on holding stretches that heal joints and ligaments. A typical pose can be held for 5-10 minutes and in one session an average of 12 poses are moved into. Yin relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system through twists, folds, and gentle inversions.
