Session Dates:6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30Yin yoga is a slow restorative like style of yoga that focuses on holding stretches that heal joints and ligaments. A typical pose can be held for 5-10 minutes and in one session an average of 12 poses are moved into. Yin relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system through twists, folds, and gentle inversions.
