About This Activity
This multi-level Vinyasa Flow class will help calm, center and strengthen the body mind and soul. Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement, building strength, increasing flexibility, improving balance, and increasing your overall sense of well-being. Join me on Thursday evenings to destress and take the time for yourself that you deserve. Whether you’ve done yoga before or are a beginner, all are welcome here!
