Welcome to the Penn Manor Girls Youth Lacrosse (PMGYL) 2025 registration site!
1. Before starting this registration, make sure you have already registered or renewed player with US Lacrosse at www.USLacrosse.org (see Players tab, then Membership tab). This yearly $30 membership is required to play with our lacrosse club. Your daughter is not permitted to practice or play in games if her membership is not active, as this is for liability insurance coverage. * Copy down your player's US Lacrosse Member number (or USL number) and the Expiration date as this will be required to complete our registration form.
2. Then register with us here as a Returning User OR if you are new to PMGYL, choose: Create Account
Payment is due at time of registration by Visa or Mastercard. You many also send a money order or check payable to Penn Manor Girls Youth Lacrosse to the address listed on your email receipt: (255 Shultz Rd Lancaster, PA 17603). *if your check is returned by the bank, PMGYL will bill you an additional $15.
