About This Activity
This class is designed for students wanting to take their drawing skills to the next level! This observational drawing class focuses on capturing the world around you. We will explore a variety of materials, including charcoal, pastels, pencils, and pen, to learn techniques for capturing line, shape, and shading, as well as how to blend colors and create strong compositions. Projects will prepare students to do more drawing from life, including urban sketching, portraiture, and still lives. All supplies are provided. Full and Partial Scholarship options are available. Scholarship item will appear during checkout if you complete the scholarship section of registration, are eligible, and if remaining scholarships are still available.
