About This Activity
Join us in kicking off the spring seaon with some creativity with artist and clay instructor Dana Rothe. In this fun spring ceramics class, students will learn foundational skills while discovering the joy of creating unique ceramic pieces from start to finish. Your young artist will explore hand-building techniques such as pinching, texturing, rolling, modeling, and sculpting to bring their ideas to life in clay. This class is open to ages 6–9, and all experience levels are welcome—just bring your creativity and curiosity! This class has different projects throughout the year and is designed to be taken more than once. Full and Partial Scholarship options are available for REACH youth classes. Scholarship amounts will be reflected at checkout if you complete the scholarship section of the registration form and if the remaining scholarships are available.
