ON-SITE CLASSROOM ONLYCONTRACTS 3 Contracts CE Credits or General CE credits
The goal of this unit is to enable the participants to have a working knowledge of client relationships, to identify the steps in working with buyers to prepare the completed Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA), present the offer, write counteroffers, and create an estimated closing cost sheet.
ON-SITE CLASSROOM ONLY
Course handout provided in class. Sign in and out required to for CE credit and to receive a certificate. Certificates will be issued at the end of the class.
