About This Activity
Description
This is a complete and total body workout that targets three of your most valuable assets, your arms, abs and ace (gluteus maximus)! Melt body fat, get a tighter core, tone your arms, and gain a firm bottom. Accelerate your workout and maximize your results in 30 minutes. Suitable for all fitness levels. You do not need to be a Community Center member to attend HCRP fitness classes at a center.
