Short on time but want to get in a killer workout? Accelerate your workout and maximize your results in 30 minutes. This is a total-body workout that targets your arms, abs and ace (gluteus maximus) while incorporating a mix of Tabata moves in between (20 seconds working, then resting for 10 seconds, then repeat). You do not need to be a Community Center member to attend HCRP fitness classes at a center.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Please bring water.
