Our JR Youth Program provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for youth in grades 5 to 8 to build friendships, develop life skills, and engage in positive recreation. Running five days a week after school, the program blends physical activity, academic support, and social-emotional learning with a focus on health, wellbeing, and nutrition. Youth participate in a variety of activities including team sports, cooperative games, creative arts, and hands-on workshops. Healthy snacks or meals are provided, and our dedicated staff offer wraparound support to both youth and their families. We aim to empower youth by promoting leadership, encouraging self-expression, and helping them form strong connections within the community.
