Description
Youth Leadership Citrus is a series of interactive days designed to educate juniors and seniors on community resources and issues, develop excellence in leadership, build teamwork skills, and foster involvement in community services. There are six program days which include everything from teambuilding, touring the Crystal River Wildlife Refuge on paddle boards, experiencing the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office firefighter training, to being involved in a mock trial at the court house.
This is a FREE program thanks to the generosity of our program supporters.
Lunch and snacks are provided, as well as transportation from the YMCA to all program activities.
