About This Activity
Description
This low-impact, combo class for all levels will deliver the perfect mix of barre and sculpt, building both muscular endurance and strength. The program will move from the barre to the mat and back again combining small movements with heart rate building exercises. Supplies needed: yoga mat, light weights, and water. All levels.
