About This Activity
Description
SBL Fit is an instructor-led group fitness class to include demonstration and cueing. Exercises are based on the Indonesian martial art Silat; specifically animal postures, transitions, and strikes found in Silat Buka Lingkaran (SBL). This program will focus on the development of cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength through basic ground postures and transitions building to dynamic transitions and controlled breath work through the construction of "jurus". All levels.Supples needed: Knee pads, optional: yoga mat
