Explore the approachable, fun mediums of India ink and watercolor to create loose, fluid forms as well as fine details. You will work from photos, life, and your imagination to paint, experiment with new techniques, and hone the basics. Supplies: see the list on receipt or online. All levels.
1. Smooth Bristol pad, heavy stock 99lbs or more . Strathmore has a good one.That or a Multi Media paper pad that can take wet and dry mediums.
2. If you own a watercolor set, please bring it. If not, please purchaseWindsor & Newton, Lucas or Daniel Smith tube watercolors , one each of the following:Bright Yellow, Cadmium Red and Ultramarine Blue3. #2 Pencils4. Eraser- Staedler/white eraser or Kneaded eraser5. Please bring any synthetic / acrylic or watercolor brushes you have.If you have none please pick up a variety pack that fits your budget.6. Important...please dress to get messy! Wear your painting clothesas things can get messy quick!
