About This Activity
Description
This program focuses on standing exercises using resistance bands, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, and light weights. Core work is done on the mat, with optional fascia rolling to improve circulation and promote relaxation. Supplies: yoga mat and small blanket or beach towel. All levels.
Supplies needed: Yoga mat, water bottle, small blanket or beach towel.
