About This Activity
Description
Focus on standing movements utilizing resistance bands, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, and light weights with core work on the mat and fascia rolling for increased circulation and relaxation. Supplies needed: yoga mat, water bottle, and small blanket or beach towel. All levels.
