About This Activity
Description
This class will challenge you by balancing physical and flowing yang yoga sequences with traditional slow Yin poses. Our yang component will increase muscular strength, stamina and flexibility before changing our pace where long stretches of Yin poses are held.
Supplies Needed: yoga mat, and water
