About This Activity
Description
Mix low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. Elements of dance fitness are combined, including cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, leaving participants energized.Supplies needed: water bottle.All levels.Wear comfortable clothes that are not revealing when bending, turning etc. Soft sole fitness shoes, dance shoes, or going barefoot required. Bring a towel and water.
