DAY 1
Board your Wolf's motorcoach for a day of travel to Canton, Ohio, with meal and rest stops at your expense enroute. Your first stop in Canton will be a visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame that celebrates the greatest legends of the sport. Here you will have time to explore the museum's exhibits that honor players and coaches who embody courage, dedication, and excellence. After exploring the museum, you will check in to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside (216-986-9900) for an overnight stay. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center and business center. Guest room features include a seating area with sofa, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and free high-speed Internet. This evening, a relaxing and fun time awaits you. Your included dinner will be served at the hotel and afterwards, you will enjoy The Six Ages of Women Comedy Show. Watch as the "Six Ages of Women" comedy show unfolds between Vickie and her friend Madge. Listen in on six different phone calls between the two gals from teenager to newlywed, pregnant mom, working mom, and grandmother through the ages of life with life experiences we can all relate to. Afterwards, you can retire to your room for the night. DDAY 2You'll start your day off right with an included breakfast buffet at the hotel and then board your motorcoach for a trip to The Christmas Story House, but not before you stop for a photo op at the Script Cleveland sign in Tremont with the skyline as your backdrop. Upon arrival at the Christmas Story House, learn more about why the movie was filmed in Cleveland and stroll through the museum filled with costumes, props, and memorabilia. Enjoy a bit of free time to browse the large gift shop filled with Red Ryder BB Guns, Pink Bunny Suits, Leg Lamps, and much more. After renewing fond memories of the movie that has become a holiday tradition for many, you depart for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for lunch on your own and at your expense in their café. (*Please Note: The café and souvenir store are CASHLESS so you will need to use a credit card for purchases in both. Cash is NOT accepted) After lunch on your own, you'll enjoy a musical journey featuring the early roots of rock and roll through modern-day legends. View costumes, enjoy videos and many other tributes to those great artists who made Rock and Roll part of our culture. Following your visit here, you depart for check-in at the Springhill Suites by Marriott (330-433-0101) for an overnight stay. The hotel features an indoor pool, fitness center, room service and on-site restaurant. In-room amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, HDTV complimentary high-speed internet access. After check-in, you depart for the Military Aviation Preservation Society Museum, housed at the airport. You will experience a unique evening featuring a tour of the hanger by veterans who restored most of the aircraft displayed there. Also included is the Gallery of Local Heroes, featuring a section from the USS Arizona and a replica MASH unit. Enjoy a delicious Allies Buffet Meal and a special guest appearance by General Dwight D. Eisenhower. Ken Hammondtree's portrayal will make you feel like you are in the room with the general as he narrates historic events leading up to and after the Battle of Normandy at Omaha Beach. After dinner you return to your hotel for the night. B, DDAY 3After your breakfast included at the hotel, you'll check out and board your motorcoach for a drive to Coshocton, OH for a relaxing step back in time on the Monticello III Canal boat ride. The 40-minute horse-drawn ride along a restored section of the Ohio & Erie Canal features a costumed guide sharing the history of canal travel while you experience the slow-paced charm of the 19th century transportation. After your ride, you will have free time for lunch and shopping on your own at the Historic Roscoe Village. This beautifully restored 19th century canal town brings history to life with costumed interpreters, museums, and artisan shops. You will have time to stroll the brick streets, enjoy unique dining, and experience hands-on demonstrations of early American Life. Afterwards, you board the motorcoach and depart for home with a dinner stop at your expense along the way. BB=Breakfast, D=Dinner
