About This Activity
Our Little Chefs enrichment will turn our preschoolers into confident mini cooks as they explore hands-on cooking experiences each week! Children will learn about healthy foods and kitchen safety while mixing, measuring, and tasting simple recipes like trail mix, fruit salad, and homemade butter. Cooking offers a fun and engaging way to build early math, science, and fine motor skills while encouraging curiosity and independence. We’ll finish with a special “Picnic Party,” where the children prepare and share their own snacks to celebrate their new skills! Total Sessions - 6 IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT REFUNDS, & VIRTUAL LEARNING. We regret that we cannot refund registration fees once paid. Makeup lessons for group classes, will not be available. Should FCDS transition to remote virtual learning, the school will assess it's After School Enrichment programs to determine if they can be offered virtually. If a program cannot transition to a virtual platform, refunds will be issued accordingly. If a session continues virtually, then no refunds nor partial refunds will be processed in the event of this transition if a participant wishes not to continue to finish the session virtually.
