This camp is designed to educate young student athletes and parents on how to better prepare physically and mentally for athletics at the next level. • Camp Itinerary o Meet & Greet o Warm up o Speed, Agility & Strength Testing + Training • Focusing On: Proper Running Mechanics, Change of Direction Mechanics, Plyometric Drills, Strength Training, Injury Prevention Protocols o Mobility & Cool Down o Q&A Session - Within 2-3 weeks of the camp's completion, we will provide follow-up programming for each student athlete based on their evaluation during the camp. - This camp will be programmed and led by the Strength and Conditioning Coaching Staff at The University of Kentucky: o John Spurlock o Ryan DeVriendt o Brent Jones o Courtney Adams o Aram Kumar
