About This Activity
In this workshop, students will learn how to create unique painted animal portraits of “well-dressed creatures.” Using demonstrated drawing and gouache painting techniques, each student will create a whimsical portrait of an animal of their choice dressed in either historical clothing or modern fashion. Instruction will be provided using both animal and fashion reference photos to draw and paint an anthropomorphic portrait.
