About This Activity
Description
Drills, skills, running and more, build foundational skills to reach new goals! Runners will learn different warmups and cool downs, racing strategies, recovery skills, and weight training to help build a strong foundation that will benefit healthy activity for life! Campers will be running 2-5 miles each day with an experienced local runner. Beginner level friendly and great preparation for the Fall Cross Country season!
*Minimum number or registered participants must be met, or camp is subject to be cancelled.
Participants must provide their own equipment: Running shoes, athletic clothing. Please bring your own water bottle, snack, and sunscreen.Contact Jay Bythesea, Recreation Coordinator, with any questions at jbythesea@lincolncity.org.
