Drills, skills, running and more, build foundational skills to reach new goals! Runners will learn different warm ups and cool downs, racing strategies, recovery skills, and weight training to help build a strong foundation that will benefit healthy activity for life! Campers will be running 2-5 miles each day with an experienced local runner. Beginner level friendly and great preparation for the Fall Cross Country season!
Participants must provide their own equipment: Running shoes, athletic clothing. Please bring your own water bottle, snack, and sunscreen.
