Led by a certified coach, this program can benefit athletes ages 9-14 from any sport. It will enable athletes to increase explosive power, musculoskeletal strength, and flexibility while decreasing their risk of sports-related injuries. Participants will learn how to properly use a variety of strength and cardio equipment.Alert: Sports Conditioning for Teens does not replace the necessity to graduate from the Teen Fitness Training class nor allow 12-13 year olds access to the Wellness Floor after completion of this training.
