This is an 8-session weekly skill camp focusing on individual fundamental skill development and sports specific speed and strength training. Athletes will train on proper footwork for all skills, shooting form, perimeter shooting, guard/post finishes, ballhandling, and defensive stance. Strength training will be done in conjunction with the summer strength and conditioning PE course available through the school. Sessions will run on Thursdays from June 6th through July 25th, and Tuesday, July 30th from 8:30-10 am. No skill sessions will be held on July 4th.
