This is an 6-session once weekly skill camp focusing on individual fundamental skill development and an intro into sports specific strength training. Athletes will train on proper footwork for all skills, shooting form, perimeter shooting, guard/post finishes, ballhandling, and defensive stance. Strength training will be appropriate for this age group. Sessions will run on Thursdays from June 5th through July 17th from 10:30 am-12:00 pm. No skill sessions will be held on July 3rd.
