8 classes x 75 minutes Tuesday - Mar 3, 17, 24, 31, | April 21, 28 | May 5, 12 No class on April 14, 2026 In this fun and hands-on 8-week after-school class, students in grades 2–5 will explore a variety of creative crafts and beginner fiber arts while building patience, focus, and confidence. Each week introduces a new skill or technique, giving students the opportunity to learn, practice, and create something they can be proud of. Students will experiment with origami, cross stitch, and macramé, while also learning practical life skills such as sewing a button and creating colorful tie-dye designs. With step-by-step guidance, projects are designed to be age-appropriate, engaging, and accessible for all skill levels. Throughout the session, students will strengthen fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving, and creativity, while learning the value of patience and perseverance. Each class emphasizes enjoying the process of making, encouraging self-expression and pride in completing projects from start to finish. By the end of the 8 weeks, students will take home a collection of handmade projects—and new skills they can use again and again. $20 materials fee included in tuition.
