Perfect for our youngest learners in TK–K, each session begins with an engaging read-aloud, carefully chosen to spark curiosity and imagination. After the story, children dive into simple discussions, interactive games, and movement activities that help them connect with characters and themes in ways that feel like play, not "school." To bring the story full circle, every session wraps up with a hands-on craft project tied directly to that week's book — something little hands can create, and little hearts can be proud of. Each week, students take home their own completed craft — a sweet keepsake of the story that inspired it, and a small reminder that reading is an adventure worth having again and again. Through stories, crafts, and connection, Crafty Book Club nurtures imagination, early literacy skills, and — most importantly — a genuine love for reading. Because at Livermore After The Bell Enrichment, learning doesn't stop when the bell rings — it opens a new book. A $30 materials fee is included in the Tuition.
