Tuesday - Dec 1, 8, 15 | Jan 5, 12, 19, 26 | Feb 2, 9, 16 No Classes - Dec 21 – Jan 4 (Winter Break) 10 sessions x 60 minutes Namaste! In this lively, hands-on class, students in Grades 1-5 take their first steps into Hindi, one of the most widely spoken languages in the world. Led by Prerna Gor, the class welcomes beginners and intermediate learners alike, with a playful approach that gets kids speaking, writing, listening, and reading from day one. Students build a real foundation in the language, learning the Hindi alphabet and its sounds, then putting them to work in simple reading and writing. Along the way, they practice everyday conversation and pick up vocabulary they can use right away. Our Language Map: • 🔤 Alphabets & Sounds: Learn to recognize, pronounce, and write Hindi letters • 💬 Basic Conversation: Greetings and simple phrases for real-life chats • 🔢 Numbers to 20: Count, say, and write numbers in Hindi • 🎨 Colors: Name and describe the world around them • 🐘 Animals & 🍎 Fruits: Fun, everyday vocabulary kids love • 👨👩👧 Family Members: Learn how to talk about the people they love Learning a second language builds listening skills, memory, confidence, and a deeper connection to the wider world, and it's a gift that grows with your student for years to come. It's also a wonderful way for students with Hindi-speaking family to connect with their roots, and for everyone else to try something truly new. No experience necessary. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to practice! Because at Livermore After The Bell Enrichment, learning doesn't stop when the bell rings. It speaks a new language.
