In this delicious 8-week journey, students travel the globe from the kitchen, visiting eight countries and cooking a classic chicken dish and a traditional dessert from each one. Along the way, students build real kitchen confidence: measuring, mixing, following recipes from start to finish, and using age-appropriate tools safely. Every lesson is hands-on, with plenty of smelling, touching, and tasting as kids discover how food transforms through preparation, and how flavors change from one corner of the world to the next. Our Passport: • 🥨 Germany • 🌶️ Hungary • 🍝 Italy • 🍔 USA • 🌮 Mexico • 🌿 Thailand • 🥢 Korea • 🍛 India On the menu: Students will cook dishes like Thai basil chicken, chicken schnitzel, and Korean bulgogi, each paired with a traditional dessert from its country. They’ll learn recipes they can share with classmates and recreate at home for the whole family. Kitchen safety: Ms. Brazil handles all raw chicken. Students take care of the prep, and gloves are worn. Please let us know of any allergies when you enroll. By the final week, your student won’t just have cooked their way around the world. They’ll have tasted new flavors, tried new foods, and gained the confidence to keep experimenting in the kitchen. Took Junior Chefs in the Fall? Welcome back!
